On December 10, 2013 the Tulare County Board of Supervisors (BOS) approved, as part of the Fiscal Year 2013-2014 budget approval process; the Planning Branch proposal to update the Traver Community Plan. The Traver Community Plan Update (TCPU) will become compliant with the recent approval of the County General Plan 2030 Update (GPU), and will include the following primary goals and objectives.
