Document Description
Chevron U.S.A. Inc is proposing to install eighteen natural gas-fired steam generators within its existing Coalinga Heavy Oil Production Field located in southwestern Fresno County. The District has received two ATC packages for these steam generators to be equipped with 85 MMBtu/hr North American GLE low-NOx burners (or equivalent, 69 MMBtu/hr) capable of achieving NOx emissions of 7 ppmvd @ 3% oxygen, and flue gas recirculation. The first application package consists of eleven natural gas-fired steam generators. The second application package consist of seven steam generators.
