Document Description
The proposed project includes construction of a mixed-use development with 97 apartment units and 1,526 sf of retail space in a single structure consisting of six stories (maximum height of 70 feet) situated over a subterranean and semi-subterranean parking structure with 189 parking spaces and related on-site improvements such as landscaping and lighting. The project requests approval of a Development Review permit for the proposed construction, a Zone Change from BCC-2, Burbank Center Commercial Limited Business to Planned Development, Development Agreement, and Exceptional Project to allow for a 25 percent increase in the maximum density from 77 units to 97 units.
