The project requests approval of a Development Review permit for the proposed construction, a Zone Change from BCC-2, Burbank Center Commercial Limited Business to Planned Development, Development Agreement, and Exceptional Project to allow for a 25 percent increase in the maximum density from 77 units to 97 units.
