The project is a Major Use Permit for a 20 megawatt (MW) photovoltaic solar facility on approximately 110 acres. The project would include an onsite substation and energy storage facilities and would connect to the ECO substation via a 138kV line. The project site is located south of Old Highway 80 and approximately 1,000 feet west of the ECO Substation in the Jacumba Community Plan Area.
