- Document Description
- The project proposal entails the conversion of an existing car rental facility (Enterprise Rent-A-Car) to a car dealership. This conversion would involve modifications to the project site and to the existing commercial building on the site. The existing building footprint would be expanded by approximately 8,777 sf and the building height would be raised by approximately 6 feet. The project would be developed over two phases; Phase 1 would involve construction and operation of temporary dealership facilities and Phase 2 would involve construction and operation of the permanent dealership facilities. During construction, four temporary trailers would be placed at the southeast end of the existing surface parking lot. The existing surface parking lot would be repaved and the existing landscaping would generally remain in place.
