Document Description
Detention facility - jail two phases (300 bed medium and maximum security jail and related facilities for Phase 1 with Phase 2 consisting of two additional jail housing floors for an addition 300 beds/construction of second laundry floor and new electrical cogeneration facility fuel by natural gas on 1.1-acre portion of a 2.9-acre parcel under County ownership adjacent to existing Jail. Application also includes a variance to waive on-site parking. The temporary closure of L Street during construction is also considered.
