Project will extend an existing berm on the west bank of Whitney Creek 750' to an existing culvert passing under SR 97. Whitney Creek 750' to an existing culvert passing under SR 97. Whitney Creek is currently jumping the west bank where material flows down to the highway. The berm will contain flows to the existing channel and will be constructed of debris from within the channel.
