Document Description
SWRCB as the lead agency will be issuing a water supply permit. The Western Heights Water Company proposes to operate a previously constructed East Reservoir. The East Reservoir is a 2 million gallon welded steel reservoir located in the City of Yucaipa. The reservoir site is fenced in a 2.48 acre lot. The reservoir will receive water from the Area 4 pressure zone and deliver to the Area 4 and Area 2 pressure zones.
