Document Description
SAA#1600-2014-0103-R5. The Applicant proposes to construct a retaining wall parallel to the drainage, to establish a foundation for the construction of a new house. No access to the stream below the retaining wall has been proposed. No storm water has been proposed to be discharged from the project site to the stream during or after construction-related activities. To compensate for previous impacts to the stream including but not limited to removing trees, removing all ground cover, removing an existing bridge and driving a tractor within the stream, revegetation of the bed, bank and flood plain of the stream will take place using only native species.
