Document Description
Issue a right-of-entry permit and a maintenance easement to the City of Chico at Bidwell Mansion State Historic Park to replace and enhance the existing sidewalk along the Esplanade, to comply with the Americans Disabilities Act as part of the "Couplet Project" SCH # 2010062002
The City of Chico will notify the Dept. of Parks and Recreation, Northern Buttes District, at least one week prior to performing work, including routine maintenance, within the easement boundaries. Advance notice is not required when responding to an emergency; however, DPR will be notified as soon as feasible after City personnel arrive at the site. All work conducted within the boundaries of the easement, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, CEQA, and Section 5024 of the Public Resource Code. The easement will provide legal access and use of this property to the City of Chico, while protecting resources.
