Document Description
Remove and replace roofing materials on Ayala Cove Residence #3 at Angel Island State Park to prevent leaks and further degradation of the structures. Work will remove and replace all roofing materials and damaged or rotten skip sheathing: add 1/2" plywood sheathing to the entire roof, install felt over the plywood, replace all roof jacks and vents and install the new cedar "Class A" Fire Marshal approved shingles and remove and replace gutters with historically accurate gutters.
