Authorize issuance of a General Lease - Commercial Use beginning Mrch 1, 2013, for a term of 20 years, for the continued use and maintenance of an existing commercial pier with an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) lift and eight mooring buoys previously authorized by the Commission, and two seasonal string lines not previously authorized by the Commission. Authorize endorsement of a sublease between Lakehouse Mall Property Management, Inc. and Tahoe Water Adventures, beginning March 1, 2013, and ending October 1, 2017, with the option to extend the lease term up to three times, in five-year imcrements, for operation and management of watercraft rentals.
