Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) as the lead agency will be issuing a water supply permit. The Columbine Vineyards proposes to operate a new public water system serving an industrica (cold storage) facility. Domestic water from well 1 is discharged into a 13,000 gallon tank before water is boosted via a pressure tank into the distribution piping. No treatment is provided to domestic water.
