The proposed project is a short-term renewal lease to Coronado Yacht Club (Tenant) for their continued use of approximaely 675,376 square feet of land and water area (Parcel No. 1) and approximately 39,858 square feet of land area that the District leases from the City of Coronado (Parcel No,. 2) located at 1631 Strand Way in the City of Coronado. The area proposed for use under this lease will be used only and exclusively for a non-profit private yacht club of approximately 264 slips for the promotion of San Diego Harbor and navigation, for recreational activities such as aquatic sports, regattas, and other boating-related events.
