Document Description
The purpose of the project is to re-establish a blocked storm conveyance line, using directional boring. Once the hole is completed, the 75-foot pipe will be pulled back through from the creek side back ino the manhole. One excavator of the smallest size capable of the task will be positioned in the creek bed to remove and replace the necessary boulders (blank armor) to allow for the pipe installation and to assist in moving the pipe into place.
