The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCD) is the lead agency. The SWRCB Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Program is providing state funds for the project. The New Auberry Water Agency proposes to complete the following objectives during their feasibility study:
* Completion of a preliminary hydrogeologic assessment
* Selection of a new test well site
* Drilling of test well and water quality analysis
* Completion of a preliminary design report
