Document Description
The project is limited to the replacement of an underground electric utility cable that has become exposed and poses a safety hazard. New electric conduit will be installed underground via horizontal directional drill (HDD) for approximately 680 linear feet and the existing exposed cable will be removed. The HDD entry and exit pits will be approximately 6 feet wide by 12 feet long by 6 feet deep, located approximaterly 25 feet from the ordinary high water mark of the eastern and western lakeshore. The conduit will be 6 inches in diameter and installed to a minimum depth of 20 feet under the lakebed.
