Reasons for Exemption
Declared Emergency (Sec. 21080(b)(3); 15269(a)); Emergency Project (Sec. 21080(b)(4);15269 (b)(c)) This is a renewal of an Order issued on February 14, which resulted in an increase in stored water available for the City.
