Document Description
DWR staff shall remove all vegetation within a fifteen foot buffer from the area around each of the 13 DWR/PG&E power poles that supply power to the DWR pump/valve structures located on Sherman Island. These structure function as the power source and pumps for the thirteen siphons located around Sherman Island. Vegetation shall also be removed from the roadway to the water's edge, as needed, to allow for divers to enter water for siphon inspection. The approximate size of the area to be mowed is 20,000 sq. ft.
