Document Description
Project is limited to the deactivation of an existing 0.2-acre reservoir by: 1) excavating an approximately 15-foot-long and 6-foot-wide trench within an existing berm; 2) installing an approximately 24-inch, 38-foot-long Crumpler Plastic Drainage Pipe culvert; 3) excavating existing soil and installing an approximately 6-foot-wide and 16-foot-long rock energy dissipater at the culvert outlet with fiber rolls extending through the existing contour; 4) re-grading and repair of an eroded berm section approximately 4-foot-long by 4-foot wide near the culvert inlet; and 5) planting native riparian plants throughout the center line of the deactivated reservoir, upstream of the culvert. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2012-0323-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
