The proposed project is a 66-year easement to the Leonardini Family San Diego Property, LLC (Grantee) for a right-of-way and access easement on approximately 1,138 square feet of land located east of Pacific Highway and south of Laurel Street in the City of San Diego. On March 2, 2010, the District granted a Tidelands Use and Occupancy Permit (TUOP) for ingress and egress, and landscaping and maintenance of these premises to Grantee, which is currently on holdover (Clerk Doc. No. 56127).
