Document Description
The proposed project is an Amended and Restate Lease (lease amendment) to the San Diego Yacht Club (SDYC) for property located at 1011 Anchorage Lane in San Diego, CA. The SDYC operates an approximately 576-slip private yacht club located in the Shelter Island area of San Diego Bay. SDYC currently has a 26-year lease with an option to extend, for a total potential term of 40 years. If a comprehensive marine replacement project is completed by September 30, 2028. The proposed lease amendment will update SDYC's existing lease to the current standard and will clarify the SDYC's maintenance responsibilities; the lease will be extended by 14 years for a full 40-year term, expiring September 30, 2049. No developemnt on the premises is proposed at this time.
