Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) as the lead agency will be issuing a water supply permit. The Girl Scouts of Northern California at Camp Butano Creek proposed to operate a replacement surface water treatment plant that will replace the existing plant deemed insufficient by the California Department of Public Health in 2013. The new plant is of same size and capacity of the existing plant and will be placed at the same location as the existing plant.
