Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) as lead agency will be issuing a water supply permit. The California Water Service Company proposes to add two new 20 feet tall by 10 feet in diameter vessels, each containing 20,000 pounds of aqueous-phase granular activated carbon (GAC), mounted on a 60 foot long by 16.3 foot wide concrete foundation pad on the northern portion of the site.
