Document Description
Inspect and repair the deteriorating, north, load-bearing plaster-covered adobe wall and wood beams of the Covento or Padre's House at Sonoma State Historic Park to maintain a cultural resource. Work will remove, by chipping, up to 10' maximum witdth x 5' minimum height section of plaster wall to inspect for moisture damage. If adobe is in acceptable condition, work will re-plaster the wall with appropriate materials and repair/replace in-kind the wood beams. Work will be compliant with the Secretary of Interior's Standards.
