Install steeply angled wedges cut from dense Ethafoam blocks on the platforms at the top of the columns at the front of the Benicia Capitol build at Benicia Capitol State Historic Park to deter roosting birds and eliminate the associated mess at the capitol entrance. All repair/replacement work will follow the Secretary of the interior's Standards for Prevention and Rehabilitation.
