Document Description
The primary purpose of the project is to improve the storm water outfall pipe leading from the storm water treatment skim box to Humboldt Bay. The proposed Project would include dewatering (as necessary) at the site of the outflow pipe for access, potholing to locate the buried pipe, maintenance of the existing (if present) or installation of a new tide gate if necessary. During construction no vegetation is proposed to be disturbed and the site will be restored to pre-project condition.
