Document Description
This project involves reconstructing a new pile supported deck and a wind-wall attached to the building at 27 Harbor Street. A new approximately 1,249-sq. ft. deck will be rebuilt over the canal and supported by 28 new epoxy coated, 13.5-inch diameter steel piles. The new 40-foot long, 10-foot high wind-wall will be supported by 6 new epoxy coated and will be located on the north face of the building. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2014-0193-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
