The proposed project is a renewal tidelands use and occupancy permit (TUOP) to Solar Turbines Incorporated (Tenant) for their continued use of approximately 28,896 square feet of land area located adjacent to the northwest corner of Pacific Highway and Laurel Street in the city of San Diego. The area proposed for use under this TUOP will be used only and exclusively for the purpose of vehicle parking for Tenant's employees, customers, vendors and invitees and for no other purposes whatsoever.
