This project will utilize directional boring to install a new 270ft communication line to the Bidwell Mansion Visitor Center, due to failure of the 1953 cable. The original cable, running from the northeast corner of the property diagonally to the mansion's basement and then to the Visitor Center, will be abandoned in place.
