Joanne Friend, a neighboring cattle rancher, requests a Right of Entry Permit to enter Chino Hills State Park to repair fences and remove stray cattle. She intends to enter the eastern portion of the park from the Lamb property via Powerline Trail and North Ridge Trail via private property in Carbon Canyon. She will drive only on established trails as identified in the Chino Hills State Park brochure. For the Carbon Canyon parcel adjacent to Sonome Canyon, she will be removing the existing fence and installing a new fence along the surveyed boundary.
