Document Description
The project proposes to improve traffic safety and operations by constructing a second south-bound traffic through lane; center turn lane; 6 foot wide paved shoulders which will function as Class II bike lanes; curb, gutter, and sidewalk along the east side; and drainage improvements. New asphalts will be placed along with new signage and lane stripping. No new ROW will be needed for the project. No detours will be necessary although traffic control will be required during construction.
