Document Description
Issue a temporary Right of Entry Permit to the City of Sacramento to transport gravel across State lands in the Missippi Bar Area within Folsom Lake SRA. Project will utilize an existing dirt road and take place during the period from July 28, 2014 through September 30, 2014. All work conducted on State property in association with the ROE will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code.
