The California Department of Transportation proposes a State funded Project to create an in-stream silt trap on and ephemeral, un-named tributary to Willow Creek. The location is (PM) 7.9 along (RT) 299 W in Shasta County. The specific work will consist of installation of a gabion silt trap andremoval of a dislodged culvert that is lying on top of the ground.
