Reduce the number and severity of collisions, the project will remove fixed objects along the roadside, widen inside shoulders, upgrade guardrail, and eliminate non-mountable curb and dike where possible. Fixed objects include culvert headwalls, drain inlets, curbs, dikes, and trees.
