Document Description
PWD is in need of additional water supplies due tot he extreme dry hydrologic conditions within their service area. SBVMWD is willing to exchange their SWP carryover supplies based on a 2.25 to 1 unbalanced exchange (up to 5,625 acre-feet). The water delivered to PWD and the return water delivered to SBVMWD will utilize the SWP, PWD and SBVMWD existing facilities.
