SWRCB as the lead agency will be issuing a water supply permit. The Porterville Trailer Park proposes to operate replacement Well No. 2. The new well is replacing existing Well No. 1, which has run dry. The new well will not exceed 20 gpm during regular operation. The new well was constructed in June 2014.
