Note: Reference SCH# 2005122139 The City of Pleasanton is proposing to implement the first Economic Development Zone concept with a pilot zone. The Economic Development Zone concept allows the City to use tools such as, zoning and land use designations, incentive programs, completed CEQA documentation, and standards and guidelines, in order to streamline the development process. This will benefit the City by encouraging investment and adding value to properties within the specified zones.
