The objective of the proposed project is to fix two small areas of scour located on the toe of the Diversion Dam spill apron. The proposed project area is 0.75 ac in size and located on TNF lands. Repair work will take place in the following steps: 1) build dam diversion; 2) pressure wash with a water source to clean the area; 3) drill dowels into the existing concrete and stream bed in scour area; 4) epoxy dowels into the drilled holes; 5) lay out a concrete pump, shotcrete hoses and visquin plastic to protect the area outside of the work zone; 6) spray bond agent on the surface; 7) place fiber reinforced shotcrete; 8) clean up shotcrete rebound and visquin plastic; 9) allow shotcrete to cure; and 10) remove dam diversion. Work including mobilization and demobilization would occur over five 10-hr days in Sep/Oct 2014. If work is not done in 2014 it will take place in 2015 or 2016.
