Document Description
Grading Permit for a grading operation that disturbed approximately 0.50 acres of a 2.5-acre property for the purposes of leveling and terracing land for the installation of an organic garden or similar use. Grading activities were conducted over a one-week period in March 2013 using a small tractor-bulldozer. Storm-Water BMPs, an erosion control plan, dust suppression are included in project.
