Document Description
CDFW is executing Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0228-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Permittee, the Caltrans District 9, represented by Ms. Angela Calloway.
The Stock Drive Realignment Project includes the expansion of shoulder from two feet to eight feet along 3.5 miles of hwy. The Streambed Alteration Agreement is being issued to address permanent impacts to 0.16 acres and temporary impacts to 0.04 acres of vegetated and unvegetated CDFW jurisdictional streambed (project). The project includes: the removal 57 willows; construction two retaining wall along the west bank of Swauger Creek; the extension of four culverts; and the installation of a new 24-inch by 55-foot long culvert. Surface flows will not be encountered during project activities, and equipment maintenance will be located on graded, upland locations.
