The proposed Project is requesting the following entitlements: General Plan Amendment of the 16.7-acre site from Commercial (C) to Medium Density Residential (MDR), Commercial (C), Public Open Space Recreation (PubOS/REC) and Private Streets. Rezoning of the site from AR-10 (PDC) (Agricultural Residential, Minimum 10-acre Lot, Planned Unit Development) to RD-10 (Medium Density Residential, Maximum 10 Dwelling Units Per Acre), LC (Limited Commercial), and O (Open Space). Small-lot Tentative Subdivision Map (TSM) of 84-single-family residential lots on approximately 10 acres, 4 commercial lots on approximately 3.3 acres and 0.8 acres of park, as well as landscaping, right-of-way, open space, and a water quality basin.
