An Initial Study / Negative Declaration was prepared to evaluate the Update of the Housing Element of the City of Mt. Shasta General Plan for the 2014-2019 planning period. Update was consistent with the State of California Housing and Community Development guidelines and is a comprehensive statement by the City of Mt. Shasta of its current and future housing needs and proposed actions to facilitate the provision of housing to meet those needs at all income levels.
