Document Description
The Objective of the Jenner Headlands Preserve Sediment Reduction Sediment Reduction Implementation Project is to address a series of road-related sedimentation delivery issues that currently contribute sediment to the Russian Gulch watershed. Recommendations from the Sonoma Resource Conservation District's 'Jenner Headlands Sediment Source Assessment Report' (July 2011) are utilized to make prescriptions for this and future restoration projects. The attached list 9Exhibit A in CEQA) includes information from the report and identifies fifty-seven geographically specific sites, the types of structures, type and volume of material to be used, and an estimate of future sedimentation yield if the problem area was left untreated.
