SWRCB is a responsible agency for this project. The SRF Program administered by the State Water Board is providing construction funds for the project. The State Water Board will use a combination of funding sources, including SRF as well as Proposition 1. The Jackson Valley Irrigation District proposes to add a second water treatment module to the existing treatment plant, add storage tanks, and install pipelines within road/road-right-of way to provide treated drinking water to customers.
