A Conditional Use Permit and Operating Agreement for a digital freeway sign in the parking lot of the Naturwood Home Furnishing store, located at 12125 Folsom Boulevard (APN 069-0160-021-0000). The proposed digital freeway sign meets all development standards within the City's Municipal Code. In addition to the new digital freeway sign, four traditional billboards will be removed at 11373 Folsom Boulevard, near 9847 Folsom Boulevard, 11369 Folsom Boulevard, and 10833 Folsom Boulevard.
