Document Description
Installation of a digital freeway sign in the parking lot of the site of the existing Naturwood Home Furnishings store. The installation site is located in the City's Digital Freeway Signs Overlay area, as identified in Figure 23.743-8 of the Rancho Cordova Zoning Code. The installation site and the surrounding areas are zoned Light Industrial (M-1). The site is fully developed with a large structure, a parking lot, and landscaping. Two existing billboards would be removed at sites located at 11373 Folsom Boulevard and 9847 Folsom Blvd, respectively. The proposed digital freeway sign would be 60 feet in height and would have two digital display areas measuring 14 feet by 46 feet, for a sign area of 644 sf on each side. Decorative pole cladding would surround the pole base.
