A Design Permit for a 363.000 square foot warehouse/distribution/E-commerce building with accessory office space on an approximately 24.5 acre portion of the overall 173-acre Napa Logistics Park Phase 2 site. The site improvements consist of outdoor circulation and parking areas, including 266 automobile parking spaces. of which 7 spaces are accessible, and 10 bicycle parking spaces. There is landscaping on all the setbacks and a stormwater / bio-retention basin in the west side of the lot.
