CDFW has executed Minor Amendment 1 for Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0209-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, City of American Canyon. This minor amendment adds a work period modification measure to the Streambed Alteration Agreement allowing the Permittee to request a work period variance if they provide the following: 1. A description of work already completed. 2. A detailed list of activities that still need to be completed. 3. A National Weather Service forecast covering the time needed to complete a phase or activity. 4. The time required to complete each of the remaining activities. 5. A description of stream conditions. 6. Photographs of both the current work completed and the proposed site for continued work.
