Document Description
Project is limited to: 1) installing and removing a temporary double rail car bridge, 2) installing a permanent car bridge, and 3) installing a new storm drain outfall and associated energy dissipater. The project is located on an unnamed tributary approx. 1.5 miles southwest from the intersection of Hwy 221 and Hwy 12 in the City of American Canyon, unincorporated Napa County, State of California. The 176-acre site is currently undeveloped, bound by Airport Road to the North, and is the southern end of the Devlin Road extension. The CDFW is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0209-R3 pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and Game Code to the Project Applicant, Ernie Knodel.
